I'm rambling again for another MUGGY Day, its 84 degrees and High on 88 degrees, I want to stay on our tub and soak until the heat is gone!. It's still the beginning of summer and I already imagine what it feels when the summer in in full bloom, we might be like a roasted pig. Honestly I hate summer season especially when the day is so muggy and the air is so thin like I can't breath even all of our fan is on!. It's so uncomfortable during the night and hard to have a wonderful sleep but when its dawn it so cold. Summer, summer, summer, anyway let's just enjoy the heat of summer and head to the beach!.

I love RV's ever since and I want to have one Motorhomes. This is perfect when you are living by the mainland U.S. and its so cool going interstate with the comfort of your home. I have a friend who also have RV and she's looking for a new one too, I will surely inform her about this mark downs this will very helpful information for her. This 2008 Dutchmen Denali is killing me I love its features so beautiful and comfortable, the mark down price is so cheap for a 32 feet RV. I can not wait to have one of this Motorhomes.

I don't know what's wrong the connection or what. This happen to me many times already and every time I scan an important document to send via email, my email connection is giving up. I'm using all our road runner emails and so our yahoo emails too no avail. Only one page file, I know its not that heavy because it's only 1 page file less than 10 mb! but why its taking too long to upload the file grrrrr. Just one page document took me almost an hour to upload! and drained up my patience!, wahhhh now I have to convince the husband again to have a fax machine, he doesn't like because we just use fax few times a year during insurance renew and like this ordering materials. I will take a little rest and eat some sweet stuff to ease out my anger lol. be right back.

My husband love to eat stir fried egg noodle but yesterday I cook sauteed rice stick and we ate it all no left over lol, today I'm craving again for sauteed rice stick yum, now its his favorite kind noodle.

Sauteed rice sticks:
ingredients
1 cup meat
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 cloves garlic
1 onion minced
1 small cabbage shredded
1 large carrots, strips
2 tbsps soy souce
3-1/2 cup broth
1 bunch celery
1 bundle UFC rice stick (best taste and texture)
1 tsp salt
1 pcs chinese sausage sliced and fried
spring onions chopped
few sugar snap pea
10 pcs shrimp sliced half lenght twice

procedure (my style): Saute meat, soy souce and oil until meat is golden brown, add garlic and onion , add broth and simmer. Add cabbage and carrots, sugar snap peas,celery ans shrimp. When vegetables are cook, mixed in soaked and drained rice sticks and season with salt and pepper. garnish with Chinese sausage and spring onions.

This is my dark MR. Clean, yah he looks like mr clean lol, to me his the handsomest guy in the world lol lol lol, No opposition (walang kokontra!) his my husband lol. He's working out since his teenager until now, but when we get engaged he rest until last year, his reason he said he is sold out already and happily married, toink. But I convince him to work out again because of his growing belly hahaha, he loves to eat what ever I cooked for him thats why he gained weight and belly. Now he have his firm muscles and biceps back and the wife is getting insecure because she gained a lot of weight and now have a growing tommy lol.

My husband asked me where I want to go on our next vacation escaped, next time it would be romantic and most memorable because we are planning to celebrate our wedding anniversary and valentines day out of town, by the way wedding anniversary is February 10th and 14th is hearts day. Where I want to go and celebrate?, I choose New York. First thing I want to experience a New York City tours, it will be my first time in New York and I want to familiarized the city first, then a visit to miss Liberty on board a helicopter, that would be lovely. And on our Wedding anniversary day how about a New York World Yacht Dinner Cruise, that would be our most romantic anniversary dinner. I also wanted to visit the famous Central park. I'm sure some of you are wondering why I'm sharing our photos here. Well this is only once in a while mood, yesterday I was cleaning and dusting and came to our photo albums and thinking, it's been a while I'm blogging and my blogger friends doesn't know the lady behind this blog and so my family. So I'm sharing some of our photos so you guys will know us a little bit more.

As you can see on the photos bellow, you can tell from my husband's body that he is working out. But he take almost a year break and gain some weight. Couple months ago he decided to work out again and take some muscle milk for a quick weight loss, he used to drink muscle milk and other bodybuilding supplements and now he is taking it again to help him shape his body. I like it when he have those firm biceps and nice body muscles.

This photos was taken at BAGUIO City butterfly sanctuary. You might wonder why I'm grinning and with all my smile like something is tickling me. Yes there is something TICKLING me, look at the right side of my hair, that's not flowers, those are butterflies. When the butterfly care taker place those little fellows on my hair I can't keep still, I'm crossing my hand and I'm so stiff because I can't understand what I feel whew maybe I'm a little scared of this fellows lol.
My lower right jaw is a little poppy, I got mumps after we snorkel at Boracay, maybe the snorkel set got virus.

My brother will be turn 17 on November and his my one and only brother. You know what he ask me for his birthday a bit expensive toy, its xbox 360, well since it's his first year in college this school year I will grant his wish and give him his toy as long as his going to maintain a good grade and also not giving my parents hard time, he's a nice brother though.
I will surprise him on his birthday with Xbox 360 pro System with hard drive, I wish he will be happy with it.

People in Hawaii loves to visit Las Vegas including my mom-in-law and grandma. Summer is here and its officially LYCHEE season! I'm so happy I can eat my favorite lychee again. Me and husband, when we saw the lychee vendor near our home last week, we both say 'how fast the time goes by.' Lychee comes out only at summer and only once a year so when we saw lychee on the store that means another year 'gone by'.
Whew, maybe when we wake up tomorrow our hair are all gray and we realized that 30 years GONE by so FAST lol.
Oh by the way that green ones are obviously not lychee lol they are Kalamansi in Filipino and the Pacific Islands or acid orange, calamondin orange or Panama orange. It's widely common in Philippines used in cooking and it's been a while I'm looking for it here, I'm planning to save the seed and plant it.
It's best use in taking off the smell of fish on your knife of utensils or if the nasty fish smell stays on your hand, wash it using kalamansi and soap and you're good to go. ;)

The husband keep on sneaking on it, when I caught him he then said 'took that away I'm getting bloated and it will ruin my appetite' (i place it at the coffe table by the TV) but he already consume two big cookies, his just making stupid excuses lol.

I love to hang around our patio because I can see the ocean from there, thats my favorite spot in our house aside from my kitchen. Since last week I am dreaming of turkey sandwich lol. I like croissant with lots of shave turkey breast and lots of cheese!. I was really dreaming of it everyday since last week. I only go to store on weekend with hubby and during weekdays I just stay home, though there is store quarter mile from our home bur the lazy girl don't want to walk on the dusty back road hehehe I better keep on dreaming.
Yesterday I bought a package of shave turkey breast, the store run out of croissant so I have wheat bread instead and lots of American cheese, I have the sandwich for breakfast this morning and was so satisfied YUM YUM YUM!

We have a close friend here and they are couple with no kids, they love to travel a lot about five times a year. They usually go to Italy, France and Spain, that means they have to car hire in France or when they go to other country. I'm wondering why they always take a trip, they must be rich, but they are just ordinary couple who are working regular jobs. They said they invest in international market and required to take the business trip every time they need to attend a conference, and conferences are usually held internationally in the country of Italy, Spain and France but mostly they go France.
The wife said they love France a lot too and they are just so happy when the conference is help in France, they love to room around France. When they are in France they usually stay there at most one to two weeks so they really car hire in France.
We are planning to go with them on their next trip to France, it must be fun going with our friends, that couple is lovely and fun to be with. And they said that their next trip will be in time of our next anniversary. My husband's plan is we hire a car and enjoy rooming around France.

My mother-in-law lives at the other island which is KAUAI, all my husband relatives are there from Grandma to the 5th generation, actually its 6th generation already (I'll save the story on my next post). I never thought that me and mom-in-law will get along good, I don't care what the relatives think and say about me as long as me and husband are in good shape and mom-in-law and I are getting along well.
Every time she come to Honolulu she stays with us for couple nights and I like that though, she only visit us once in a while, shes a good lady, funny too. We talk a lot when shes here and she love to tell me the their family history, her mom(grandma) is born and raised at MAUI and a full blooded Filipino.

We never know when we need emergency cash. My last paycheck is now gone paying all my bills and now my car needs a major repair. I always have a bad hair day before I met my soul mate, and my cousins keep telling me that I'm getting old, when will I settle down for good?. This photo is part of our weekend adventure swimming by Haleiwa beach.
I'm facing toward Waianae mountain range, its the highest mountain in Oahu, the military have a big radar on top of that mountain, its like a golf ball but its not visible on this photo because the mountain peak is covered with softy clouds. Haleiwa is located at north shore and that mountain is the west side of Oahu, at the back of that mountain is where we live, its long way home we have to turn around central side before reaching home.

I can't forget this Valentines day Incident, it happened last year but I just want to share this horrendous incident. It was mid morning and I'm on the last room in the house near the back so I can't hear clearly what's going on it the front yard. I just hear like a stone was thrown inside our property. I thought it was just kids who are playing by the Baptist Church, because our house is right beside the Church. After couple minutes I check what was going on outside and to my surprise this is what I saw!

This car was stolen by a 14 year old boy, maybe he was panicking or what and instead of turning left or right he go straight to our yard. From the picture above you can see that our house is situated in the middle of the road. The first photo will explain what I mean.

this is the damage he cause us, good thing the boy only got few scrapes, the ambulance came treat him and was detained. The owner of the car came too, they said this car was stolen few days ago. How horrible this kids started his crime as young as 14. Last month the cops called my husband because after a year from this accident the kid confess, the cop ask my husband if he want to testify so he can also claim the adjuster or what ever regarding insurance, but the husband don't like going to court so be it.

Our plan yesterday was to go to the beach as early as possible but Tiger Woods fan is nailed at the couch again! Good thing around 9am he move his ass off the couch and we go, our favorite beach which is the Bellows Field Beach Park is closed they are cleaning it because its dirty due to rainy days, its located at the Bellows Field Air Force Base.
So we decided to go by Kailua beach and sad to say they are having a Canoe Race and no parking, the beach is so full and crowded. Around the island we go heading north shore another 1 hour drive, we end up by Haleiwa. Hubby's friends are waiting for us there, I grilled our food and we ate then swim, the water is not so clear but We are lucky to swim with this huge sea turtle, his feeding by our swimming area, his about 2 feet wide and 3 feet from head to tail his head was bigger than my fist, he was cute and huge. I'm just 3 feet away from the turtle when I took this picture we don't want to disturb him eating, he just hang around since we arrive until sundown, when we went home he's still there.
HONO means turtle in Hawaiian, It was amazing experience swimming with this turtle, I almost touch him hehehehe

Summer is here, time to have another wonderful vacation, going to parks, having fun with family and friends. I am thinking about New Jersey, what about having a short vacation there, I have to find out what are the Things to do in New Jersey, so I have research online before I will book a flight and hotel and this is what I've found out, Wildwood vacations.
Sounds great, having a vacation at Morey’s Piers is a wonderful idea, they have water parks, amusement ride and hotel and dining. I'm thinking it will be more fun if I will book the hotel and stay at Wildwood. Check out their special Wildwood events.

His name is 'HAOLI' a Maltese dog, I really have fun with him, his so cute, cuddly and sweet, I want to take him home with me, I fell in love with that cute doggy named Haoli.
Hubby pick me up and on our way home I keep on talking about Haoli and ask him to buy me one, I want to have one Maltese dog, but hubby said 'NO'. I know why he said NO, because if I have the dog he will be deprive with my attention lol. Every time I talk about Haoli his telling me that Haoli is my BOYFRIED! lol lol.

It's Father's Day tomorrow, it took me a while to think what should I give my Dad on Father's day. I also involve my husband to help me think, I realized that my dad love watches and have a particular brand which is Seiko watch. Its Father's day tomorrow!. I asked my husband what he his plan for father's day, he said he want us to go to the beach and have fun. I hope the weather will cooperate because I don't like to swim on freezing water and windy weather. Only a person in Hawai'i could think of this.

From the county where drunk driving is considered a sport, comes this
true story. Recently a routine police patrol parked outside of a bar
in Hawai'i. After last call the officer noticed a man leaving the bar
so apparently intoxicated that he could barely walk.

The man stumbled around the parking lot for a few minutes, with the
officer quietly observing. After what seemed an eternity in which he
tried his keys on five different vehicles, the man managed to find his
car and fall into it. He sat there for a few minutes as a number of
other patrons left the bar and drove off.

Finally he started the car, switched the wipers on and off -- it was
a fine, dry summer night -- flicked the blinkers on and off a couple
of times, honked the horn and then switched on the lights. He moved
the vehicle forward a few inches, reversed a little and then remained
still for a few more minutes as some more of the other patrons'
vehicles left.
At last, when his was the only car left in the parking lot, he pulled
out and drove slowly down the road.

The police officer, having waited patiently all this time, now
started up his patrol car, put on the flashing lights, promptly pulled
the man over and administered a breathalyser test. To his amazement,
the breathalyser indicated no evidence that the man had consumed any
alcohol at all !!!

Dumbfounded, the officer said, I'll have to ask you to accompany me
to the police station. This breathalyser equipment must be broken.'

'I doubt it,' said the truly proud Hawai'ian, 'Tonight I'm the
designated decoy.'

My husband has a family history of diabetes on his maternal side. His uncle and his mother is suffering with diabetes, I remember her mother one time that she said during our dinner time, ' no I will not eat white rice and keep that juice away, I don't drink juice especially on night time'. When the morning came I ask her if she feels alright, she have this blood sugar count device and can monitor her blood sugar everyday and she told me that her blood sugar went up a little bit. My husband is a fanatic of Lakers, last month when they are playing at the western conference championship, I'm receiving unexpected call from him and guess what his asking me, 'what's the score?' score of what I'm confused, score of Lakers!.

I usually water my garden in the afternoon when the sun is about to set, yesterday when I went outside to water my herbs and veggies, I saw this wonderful sunset sky. I run back inside and grab my digicam to capture this before it will disappear!.
