We had so much fun at Kaneohe Sand bar. It's a tiny island only visible on low tide but when its high tide the water is still shallow, Shallow like just on your thigh deep. It's famous for spring brake boat party.
We stayed there for a day and on the water the whole time. During summer the water is warm and turquoise, so inviting that you cannot get out of the water. We wanted to go back there so soon. It's the most beautiful place that I've ever been in Hawaii.

My husband knows that I love jewelries like most women's do, but he doesn't know what to get me and scared that I might not like what he picks for me.

Finally our mini home state vacation is over. We took them to nice places driving around, boating and hanging out at Waikiki. I really get so tan actually I call it "extra chard."

Two weeks ago my MIL came up with her sisters, mom, brother,s friends and cousins. Yeah, it's the whole village came up but they stayed in a Hotel by the Waikiki.

It's my birthday month and my husband asked me what I want. I don't need anything this time but he said he will get me something. I sense that he will get an iPod, I saw him one time checking for ipods online.

We are watching Fox news this morning in our time; they are covering a Police car chase to a suspected drug trafficker in Houston Texas Freeway. I'm sure that most of us have watch it live on TV, the chase last for more than an hour and the suspect is very courageous running 90 mph on the freeway passing on the motorist. He/she has put the lives of the Innocent motorist at risk. We are horrified to watch how the chase ended. The suspect exited from the freeway and running down a hi-way or something then cut off on a red light and was hit by a pickup truck, the driver side of the suspect was badly damage, in fact the paramedics and police used a power tools to cut the driver side door and take out the driver. It looks like he is still alive but badly injured.

Here is a huge slice of "Tiramisu" for my Friend Person LYN. Cheers, it's so rich, creamy and yummy.

Ingredients:

Mix together sugar and egg yolks. Cut cream cheese into small pieces, and whip into sugar/egg yolk mixture. Add whipped whipping cream, and Kahlua with electric mixer. Use an entire mini bottle of Kahlua (less if you prefer).

*Soak lady fingers in espresso, and line the bottom of a 9x13" foil pan with half of them. Spread 1/2 the cream cheese mixture over the top, and repeat layers until all mixture is used up.

Cover top of cheesecake with shredded chocolate. Refrigerate 4 - 6 hours, then serve.

For lower fat, substitute angel food cake for the lady fingers, and use low fat Cool Whip. Decaf coffee may be substituted for a caffeine-free version.

*Personal Note: I like it with half of small bottle Kahlua, about 1/4 cup and angel food cake taste better than lady finger and never mind soaking it to espresso. Dry angel food cake is better to complement the richness of the filling. Yummy

I admit that I have gained weight, about 20 lbs but I am not fat. I want to lose 10-15 lbs though but my biggest problem is my mid section where my stored fats are visible. I do little workout on it but I cannot go extreme especially on working my mid section because I have problem with my back and when I concentrate on crunching, it hurts my back so bad so my best solution is to take fat burners.
