I admit that I have gained weight, about 20 lbs but I am not fat. I want to lose 10-15 lbs though but my biggest problem is my mid section where my stored fats are visible. I do little workout on it but I cannot go extreme especially on working my mid section because I have problem with my back and when I concentrate on crunching, it hurts my back so bad so my best solution is to take fat burners.
