Grasses are now growing tall at our backyard, It's winter which is a wet season here. So it looks like spring here though. Vegetation's are green and there are lots of butterfly and bees playing and flying from flower to flower. Fun to watch.

Chicken Pizza

I made pizza for lunch today. It's a barbecue chicken pizza. I saute chicken breast in 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce, then w hen its almost done I add red peppers, mushroom and Italian seasoning, heat a little while. In separate pan saute 1 tbsp butter and 1/2 onion chopped, when done add to the chicken mixture. 1 store bought pizza crust, place in cookie sheet and spreed pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce. Place the chicken mixture and spread evenly. Bake in 350 for 15-20 minutes and done. You can add cheese if you like.

We are planning to add another term life insurance for both me and my husband. We think of insurances as investment at the same time security for our future. We never know what will happen to us tomorrow and it is wise to be prepared.
I get accurate term life insurance rates from Wholesale Insurance, you can also compare rates from different insurance company and choose the one the best suits your needs. It is so simple; all you need to do is fill up an online form. Choose your class, coverage and term period and hit enter and it will automatically give you your rates.

Crab Cake

My first "crab cake" attempt. I am not a fan of crab cakes. The husband bought a box of 20lbs frozen king crabs for new year. It's too much for us in fact we still have it on the freezer. We just baked it and ate, he want something else and asked me to make a crab cake. I found a recipe online and turned out it was good. Looking forward to have another crab cakes on weekend.

My big boy (husband) told me after Christmas that he want an "Air hogs" Heli. I thought his desire on it was over until yesterday, we went to the store to buy some things. We split when we reach the store cause I am looking for a new mouse and other stuff that I need. I forgot my phone at home so I look for him around at the sports section, I found him at the toy section grabbing an "Air hogs".
When he reach home he played with his "Air Hogs" right away. Before we went to bed he ask me to check online for an ultimate Heli that can fly longer than what he got. I found a site, he said he want it for his birthday lol. I joke on him "are you in mid crisis?" Oh my big boy.

Oh look at my "Wacky Cake" lol. Since we always got pie, I decided to have a red velvet cake this time for a change. Well, the usually frosting for red velvet cake is butter cream and finely chop nuts. I made a butter bream frosting with the consistency not intended for decoration. I was experimenting on the color that end up being a "wacky cake" with color of peach pink and lilac, everything I designed has started to melt. I placed it in the fridge and this is what it looks like after.
The husband love it, he said it's good cake. I have a secret that's why lol, Box cake mix and any cake will be perfectly moist.

Last night my husband teases me, as if he forgets our wedding anniversary date. He is like playing a guessing game and telling me all the wrong month and date and he is looking at my facial reaction. I know he is just making fun of me. I do not know if there is a plan for our anniversary.
The only think I want to happen for our anniversary is having a New Jersey Vacation. One of my friends told me that there is a top New Jersey attractions. She gave me information about the Wildwood, that it is the best Jersey Shore beach Vacation.
My husband and I love the waters so much. In all our vacation overseas or interstate we make sure to include a beach vacation or water parks if possible. We love soaking on the ocean and lay on the sand.
He knows that I wanted to have a Wildwood Jersey vacation, so I am hoping that he will surprise me on our wedding anniversary. I know he love Wildwood because he keep telling me about his last vacation there, that he had so much fun and wanted to go back. Hope to see you guys at Wildwood before the first quarter of this year ends.
