From time to time I am trying to create different breakfast for my husband. On weekdays, he like something that he can eat while driving to his job site. I introduced him to different kinds of bread and cakes and sometimes he sticks on one kind of bread for awhile, when he get tired of it he will tell me to bake him different kind. This time I make sure that every week he will have different breakfast. Last week he have empanada and this week he have corned beef bun that I baked for him. He first taste a corned beef bun in the Philippines when he come to visit, he likes it but we cannot find it here so I do my best to imitate it.
