Thanksgiving once again and it's time to give Thanks. Well it's only me and my husband celebrating the Turkey Day, and I already prep the bird all I have to do is make the stuffing, stuff the bird and pop it in the oven a little later. I just baked the yum with herbs and beans and it's almost done. Hubby just bought pumpkin pie yesterday from our favorite bakery. Maybe I'll make a little mashed potatoes but hubby said he likes rice to go along with it.
