It's only me and my husband so we have a small feast for Thanksgiving. Nothing to be fancy, just the traditional Herb roasted Turkey, herb roasted yum and beans, mashed potatoes and a store bought pumpkin pie. Supposed it should be dinner but since it's only the two of us he suggested to cook the turkey for lunch and have some of it for dinner. I fried the turkey liver and gizzard and mixed it with the dripping to make my house gravy. Well I am not counting calories this season lol.
